Louis Sambo
Founder & Managing Director
Mr L Sambo is a business executive with over 12 years of experience in security management. Mr Sambo has completed various certificate courses in modern methods of managing risk. Mr Sambo joined the security industry in 2010 and rose to operations manager, a role he held for 8 years before he established Xintshuxo in 2023.

Hamilton Rikhotso
Managing Director
Hamilton is an executive security expert with over 20 years of security risk management and client liaison. He started with his security career in 2001 as a grade C officer while he was pursuing his engineering studies. He worked his way through to a grade B senior management position, respectively.He also did Operations Management with UJ, hand in hand with Barloworld.Hamilton joined Xintshuxo Security in January 2024 consulting services.
Cherilee Grobler
Accountant
Ms C Grobler is an accountant with 17 years’ experience in the accounting industry. Ms C Grobler started her accounting career in 2007 as a junior bookkeeper where she rapidly got promoted to senior bookkeeper, tax manager and lastly senior accountant. Ms C Grobler is in the final year of completing her Bachelors degree in financial accounting. Cherilee joined Xintshuxo Security February 2023.
